Amazon recall product scam

I am sure you may have ordered from Amazon before and or friends and relatives of yours.  A scam that has been travelling across the United States is set to reach the UK imminently..

A text message is received informing you that a product you have purchased through Amazon has a fault and that it needs to be returned for a full refund.

In the text message there is a link for you to claim your money back and of course with all unknown links like this we strongly advise you do not click on it.  A photo of an example message is shown below:  If in any doubt, contact Amazon!

Please report and instances to Action Fraud UK's Home for Reporting Cyber Crime & Fraud - Report Fraud
